ShowsMapper is a TV show and movie tracking application that allows you to:
Track TV shows and movies you are watching, plan to watch, or have completed
Mark individual episodes as watched
Create and manage custom collections of content
Receive notifications about new episodes of tracked shows
Discover new content through recommendations and trending lists
View statistics about your watching habits
The Service retrieves TV show and movie information from The Movie Database (TMDB) API. We do not host or stream any video content.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using:
Email and password
Google Sign-In (OAuth)
Apple Sign-In
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account

Download and install the mobile application on devices you own or control

5.1 ShowsMapper Content
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by ShowsMapper or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 TMDB Content
TV show and movie information displayed in the Service is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) API. This includes titles, descriptions, posters, cast information, and other metadata.
Attribution: This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All TV show and movie data, images, and related content are the property of their respective owners.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (such as collection names and organization). By creating content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
5.4 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
6.1 Illegal Activities
Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

If you use Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
7.4 App Stores
Your download and use of the mobile application is also subject to the terms of service of the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
Deleting your account through the app settings
Contacting us to request account deletion
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Breach of these Terms
Violation of our policies
Illegal or harmful behavior

Upon termination:
Your license to use the Service will be revoked
Your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
Damages resulting from any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

10.2 Cap on Liability
